Same here. It’s because I’ve used Briess Roasted Barley (300 SRM) and the recipe used Crisp (740 SRM). Unfortunately I’m already prepped to brew early tomorrow before the homebrew shop opens so I’m just going to go with it and see what happens.

Hi, Im making this recipe right now and it looks like a pale ale. beer smith is saying its 20 SRM. Is this the correct recipe?
