MACC IPA by Ray Found

When Brülosophy’s Ray Found fell in love with IPA, he set out to make a recipe of his own that hit all of the marks. As much as he enjoyed the novelty of new American and New World hops, his true passion lied in the classics that made IPA what it is today – Mosiac, Amarillo, Citra, and Centennial. Over the course of many months and numerous batches, he finally settled on his MACC IPA recipe, which not only pleased the palates of many friends, but has done well in competitions when brewed by others.
