Rainbow Duck

One day, as Brülosophy’s Will Lovell was driving home after picking his son up from daycare, he was asked a very poignant question– “Dad, rainbow ducks aren’t real, right?” Unsure where this was going, Will had to make his son repeat the question, and he reiterated, “Rainbow ducks aren’t real, right?” Apparently, his buddy, John, told him about rainbow ducks, and Will’s son took it upon himself to correct John on the matter. After confirming that rainbow ducks unfortunately are not real, Will realized it could be by naming a beer after it. So, with the help of his 4 year-old son, Will designed a fruited beer recipe fermented with Philly Sour yeast, which lends a pleasantly unassertive tartness that beautifully compliments the fruit. And now we all know Rainbow Ducks are not only real, but delicious!
