Imagine you’re handed a mystery packet with six different hops and asked you to brew a beer – could you figure out the hop varieties just by tasting the finished beer? That’s the challenge members of The Brü Club recently took on! Six homebrewers from across the country brewed beers using the same secret hop blend, took their best guess at what was inside, and sent the beers to me along with their guesses. How close did they get?
