Priming Sugar Calculator
Figure out exactly how much priming sugar to use for bottle or keg conditioning, accounting for beer temperature, target carbonation, and the type of sugar used.
Batch Information
(?)Use the warmest temperature your beer reached during active fermentation, not your current fridge, cold-crash, or packaging temperature. Colder beer holds more dissolved CO2, and that residual amount is locked in at whatever the warmest point was, not wherever it sits now.

Keg conditioning uses the same underlying chemistry as bottling, the amount of sugar needed to reach a target CO2 level doesn't actually change based on the vessel. What's shown here reflects the widely-practiced convention of using ~75% of the bottle-conditioning amount of priming sugar to avoid over-carbonation and excess foaming when dispensing from a keg. A rigorous derivation for this has never been pinned down, hence it's a practical convention, not different physics.
